Matt parrish

Enterprise Program Manager

---

Matt Parrish serves as Enterprise Program Manager for MaxHP, bringing more than two decades of Special Operations and human performance experience to the mission of advancing USSOCOM’s Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) program. For Matt, MaxHP is a continuation of a career dedicated to improving the readiness, performance, and well-being of the SOF community—from the team room to enterprise leadership.

A retired Green Beret, Matt served 20 years in U.S. Army Special Operations, including 13 years on Special Forces teams and multiple combat deployments. His military career culminated as the Senior Enlisted Leader for POTFF, where he helped integrate human performance capabilities across five domains in support of approximately 70,000 SOF personnel and their families worldwide.

Following military retirement, Matt continued that mission as Executive Director of the Task Force Dagger Special Operations Foundation and now as Senior Vice President of Strategy at Endurion. Through MaxHP, he brings together his experience as a SOF operator, POTFF enterprise leader, and defense executive to advance human performance and readiness across the SOF enterprise.
